I specialise in a body–environment approach to well-being, combining nervous system education, energy mapping, and space awareness to support emotional clarity, regulation, and resilience. When we work together it’s not about quick fixes or perfectly curated lives. It is about understanding the subtle ways your state of mind impacts your home.
In our sessions, we explore both:

Through a unique process of assessment, reflection, and energy-based practices, we begin to untangle the stress loops shifting not just how your home feels, but how you feel within it.
